Starting prices
Homepage prices are starting prices, not quotes:
- Websites from $1,500 — typically 5–10 days for a small static rebuild.
- Automations from $500 — typically 2–5 days.
- AI strategy — $250 for a one-hour session.
A project starts when we agree on scope and price in writing. Larger work, CRM suites, and anything outside a small static rebuild is scoped separately and takes longer.
What I do not promise
I do not publish ROI, lead, or traffic numbers I cannot prove. I do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or a number of new customers. The Alexander Realty case is a real build that is not live yet.
Who owns the work
After you pay for a scoped project, you own the deliverables we agreed on. I may keep a copy for maintenance if you ask me to stay on. Third-party accounts (domain, hosting, analytics, scheduling) should be in your name.
